Assume that you are a U.S. fashion company who is developing two new products for
the upcoming season. The two new products for your product line must be globally produced by and sourced from one
country (you cannot do domestic production/sourcing). Your products must be relevant to your selected country (e.g.,
the country should have existing production facilities for said products and/or be well-known for said products). You will:
(1) provide detailed information about your fictitious company, target market, and two products; (2) justify your country selection (macro-analysis); (3) justify your supplier selection (micro-analysis); (4) complete time and action calendars, finalize purchase orders, and identify the best method of payment; (5) develop a quality assurance check for each
product; and (6) identify the best shipping methods and develop a supplier evaluation check.
